AN ACT REQUIRING THE DEVELOPMENT OF A STATE -WIDE FOOD
ACTION PLAN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of 1
Public Health to develop a state-wide food action plan. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To require the development of a state-wide food action plan for
improved public health, food access and local food production.
