AN ACT PROHIBITING WEAPONS AT HEALTH CARE FACILITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit any person from 1
bringing a weapon into a health care facility and require every health 2
care facility to display a sign at the entrance to the facility that firearms 3
and other weapons are not allowed in the facility. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure the safety of persons at health care facilities.
