AN ACT INCREASING MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY TO IMPOSE
PENALTIES FOR ILLEGAL DUMPING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to increase a municipality's 1
ability to impose penalties on individuals who illegally dispose of solid 2
or other waste on public or private property. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To increase a municipality's ability to impose penalties on individuals
who illegally dispose of solid or other waste on public or private
property.
