AN ACT CONCERNING THE MUNICIPAL REGULATION OF SIGNAGE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That subsection (a) of section 8-2 of the general statutes be amended 1
to eliminate the word "advertising". 2
Statement of Purpose:
To permit municipalities to regulate all signage.
