AN ACT CONCERNING THE REASSESSMENT OF RESIDENTIAL
BUILDINGS MADE WITH DEFECTIVE CONCRETE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 29-265d of the general statutes be amended to increase 1
the number of assessment years for which a reassessment of the value 2
of a residential building made with defective concrete shall be 3
applicable. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the number of assessment years for which a reassessment
of the value of a residential building made with defective concrete
shall be applicable.
