AN ACT CONCERNING THE REGISTRATION AND INSPECTION OF
MUNICIPAL POUNDS AND SHELTERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That subsection (f) of section 22-344 of the general statutes be 1
amended to require municipal pounds and animal shelters to register 2
with the Commissioner of Agriculture and comply with Department of 3
Agriculture regulations. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To require municipal pounds and animal shelters to register with the
Commissioner of Agriculture and comply with Department of
Agriculture regulations.
