AN ACT ESTABLISHING A GRANT PROGRAM TO ASSIST
MUNICIPALITIES IN CENSUS OUTREACH PROGRAMS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a grant program 1
to assist municipalities in developing and implementing census 2
outreach programs. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a grant program to assist municipalities in developing and
implementing census outreach programs to maximize participation in
the 2020 United States census.
