AN ACT CONCERNING REGULATION OF THE TIMES DURING WHICH
MOTOR VEHICLE RACING MAY TAKE PLACE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That subsection (a) of section 14-164a of the general statutes be 1
amended to permit local zoning commissions to regulate the time 2
during which motor vehicle racing may take place. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To permit local zoning commissions to regulate the time during which
motor vehicle racing may take place.
