AN ACT CONCERNING THE CREDIT SCORES OF FEDERAL EMPLOYEES AFFECTED BY THE PARTIAL FEDERAL GOVERNMENT SHUTDOWN. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That title 36a of the general statutes be amended to freeze the credit 1 scores of federal employees who, during the federal fiscal year 2019 2 partial government shutdown that began on December 28, 2018, are 3 required to work as a federal employee without pay or furloughed as a 4 federal employee without pay. 5 Statement of Purpose: To protect the credit scores of certain federal workers.
