AN ACT CONCERNING A SCHOOL BUILDING PROJECT GRANT FOR
THE CRUMBLING FOUNDATION AT THE BIRCH GROVE PRIMARY
SCHOOL IN TOLLAND.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 173 of the general statutes be amended to provide a 1
school building project grant to the town of Tolland for the renovation 2
of the Birch Grove Primary School and the relocation of students 3
during such renovation. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To provide a school building project grant to the town of Tolland to
address issues relating to the crumbling foundation at the Birch Grove
Primary School.
