AN ACT CONCERNING A STUDY OF THE NEED TO REPLACE THE
BIRCH GROVE PRIMARY SCHOOL IN TOLLAND.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 173 of the general statutes be amended to conduct a 1
study to explore the need to replace the Birch Grove Primary School in 2
Tolland because of pyrrhotite in its foundation. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To conduct a study of cost-effective solutions for the replacement of
the Birch Grove Primary School in Tolland.
