AN ACT CONCERNING THE SCHOOL CLIMATE ASSESSMENT
REPORTING REQUIREMENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That subsection (d) of section 10-222d of the general statutes be 1
amended to ensure that local and regional boards of education are 2
implementing and collecting school climate assessments for each 3
school in the district and submitting such school climate assessments 4
to the Department of Education. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure that school districts are complying with the school climate
assessment reporting requirement.
