AN ACT ALLOWING BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIORAL ANALYSTS
TO BE ISSUED PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION FROM THE
DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 166 of the general statutes be amended to require the 1
Department of Education to issue professional certification to board 2
certified behavioral analysts. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Department of Education to issue professional
certification to board certified behavioral analysts.
