2222 AN ACT CONCERNING THE SCHOOL BUILDING PROJECT AT
2323 BETHEL HIGH SCHOOL.
2424 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
2525 Assembly convened:

2727 That, notwithstanding the provisions of section 10-286 of the general 1
2828 statutes or any regulation adopted by the Department of 2
2929 Administrative Services or the State Board of Education, the town of 3
3030 Bethel shall be reimbursed at the project's reimbursement rate for 4
3131 architectural services associated with the extension and alteration 5
3232 project (Project Number 009-0057 EA) at Bethel High School; and 6
3333 further that, notwithstanding the provisions of section 10-287 of the 7
3434 general statutes or any regulation adopted by the Department of 8
3535 Administrative Services or the State Board of Education requiring that 9
3636 all orders and contracts for school building projects be awarded to the 10
3737 lowest responsible qualified bidder only after a public invitation to 11
3838 bid, the town of Bethel shall be reimbursed for architectural services 12
3939 for the extension and alteration project at Bethel High School (Project 13
