AN ACT REPEALING PROVISIONS REGARDING RATEPAYER
IMPACT STATEMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 2-24a of the general statutes be amended to repeal 1
subsection (b). 2
Statement of Purpose:
To repeal provisions regarding ratepayer impact statements.
