AN ACT REQUIRING THE STUDY OF THE VALUE OF DISTRIBUTED
GENERATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Green Bank to 1
study the value of distributed generation, including whether electricity 2
derived from solar power in the state creates a net cost shift from 3
individuals who use electricity derived from solar power to 4
individuals who use electricity derived from other means. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To require a study of the value of distributed generation.
