AN ACT REPEALING CHANGES TO NET METERING AND
REQUIRING THE INCREASED USE OF COMMUNITY SOLAR
INSTALLATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That sections 16-243h and 16-244z of the general statutes be 1
amended to repeal changes to net metering for solar energy made 2
pursuant to P.A. 18-50 and that the general statutes be amended to 3
require the increased use of community solar installations in the state. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To repeal changes made to net metering for solar energy and to require
the increased use of community solar installations in the state.
