AN ACT ESTABLISHING A CARBON PRICE FOR FOSSIL FUELS
SOLD IN CONNECTICUT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to create a carbon pricing 1
structure in conjunction with other states in the New England and 2
mid-Atlantic region. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a carbon price for fossil fuels sold in the state.
