AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A FIRE STATION ON PUTNAM AVENUE IN
HAMDEN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3-20 of the 2
general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3
four million three hundred thousand dollars, the proceeds of which 4
shall be used by the Department of Administrative Services for the 5
purpose of providing a grant-in-aid to the town of Hamden for the 6
construction of a fire station on Putnam Avenue in Hamden. 7
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding for the construction of a fire station on Putnam
Avenue in Hamden.
