AN ACT EXEMPTING THE OAKDALE THEATRE FROM THE
ADMISSIONS TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 12-541 of the general statutes be amended to exempt 1
the Oakdale Theatre in the town of Wallingford from the admissions 2
tax. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt the Oakdale Theatre from the admissions tax.
