AN ACT CONCERNING STATE PALLIATIVE MARIJUANA PROGRAM
RECIPROCITY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to permit visitors with out-of-1
state authorizations for the palliative use of marijuana to purchase 2
marijuana from Connecticut state dispensaries. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To permit visitors with out-of-state authorizations for the palliative use
of marijuana to purchase marijuana from Connecticut state
dispensaries.
