AN ACT EXTENDING THE HOURS OF OPERATION FOR
ENTERTAINMENT ESTABLISHMENTS THAT SERVE ALCOHOLIC
LIQUOR.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 30 of the general statutes be amended to extend the hours 1
of operation for entertainment establishments that serve alcoholic 2
liquor to three o'clock a.m. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To extend the hours of operation for entertainment establishments that
serve alcoholic liquor to three o'clock a.m.
