AN ACT AMENDING A PRIOR CONVEYANCE OF STATE LAND TO
THE TOWN OF MANSFIELD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 3 of special act 89-54 be amended to remove the 1
restriction that the parcels of state land previously conveyed to the 2
town of Mansfield be used for a day care facility. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To remove the restriction that the previously conveyed parcels be used
for a day care facility.
