AN ACT STRENGTHENING HOME CARE SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 19a of the general statutes be amended to (1) clarify the 1
definition of a home care worker, (2) ensure that individuals utilizing 2
home care services receive quality care from well-trained workers, and 3
(3) strengthen the system under which home care is provided. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure individuals receiving home care receive quality care from
well-trained workers.
