Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That the general statutes be amended to require state agencies that 1 provide human services to file interagency reports concerning fraud, 2 incarceration or death of state residents receiving state benefits. 3 Statement of Purpose: To promote efficiency and deter fraud in the delivery of state benefits.
