AN ACT REQUIRING MEDICARE SUPPLEMENT INSURANCE
COVERAGE FOR PREEXISTING CONDITIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 38a-476 of the general statutes be amended to require 1
Medicare supplement insurance policies to cover preexisting 2
conditions. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require Medicare supplement insurance policies to cover
preexisting conditions.
