AN ACT CONCERNING GHOST GUNS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to ban firearms without serial 1
numbers and regulate those that are sold in a form requiring the 2
purchaser to finish assembly or that are homemade. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To ban guns without serial numbers and regulate those that are sold in
a form requiring the purchaser to finish assembly or that are
homemade.
