AN ACT CONCERNING GHOST GUNS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That sections 29-36 and 53a-3 of the general statutes be amended to 1
ban or restrict the 3D printing of a gun or gun parts and include the 2
prohibition on the sale, purchase, possession and use of a firearm that 3
was received partially assembled or did not contain a serial number or 4
other unique marking. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To ban or restrict the sale, purchase, possession and use of a firearm
that was partially assembled or was not marked with a serial number
or other unique marking.
