AN ACT CONCERNING TECHNOLOGY SERVICES PROVIDED TO
INMATES OF CORRECTIONAL FACILITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 18 of the general statutes be amended to require the 1
Department of Correction provide free use of technology services to 2
inmates. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require that the Department of Correction provide free use of
technology services to inmates to assist in daily life and for planning
for the reentry process.
