AN ACT CONCERNING PROSECUTORIAL REFORM
RECOMMENDATIONS CONCERNING THE COMPOSITION OF THE
CRIMINAL JUSTICE COMMISSION AND THE PUBLIC DEFENDERS
SERVICE COMMISSION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 51 of the general statutes be amended to add a justice-1
impacted person to the Criminal Justice Commission and the Public 2
Defenders Service Commission. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To add a justice-impacted person to the Criminal Justice Commission
and the Public Defenders Service Commission.
