Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That subsection (h) of section 31-53 of the general statutes be 1
amended to exempt historic properties from prevailing wage 2
requirements. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt historic properties from prevailing wage requirements.
