AN ACT INCREASING THE PREVAILING WAGE THRESHOLDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 31-53 of the general statutes be amended to raise the 1
thresholds at which public works projects must abide by the prevailing 2
wage laws. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To raise the thresholds at which public works projects must abide by
the prevailing wage laws.
