AN ACT INCREASING THE PREVAILING WAGE THRESHOLD FOR
REMODELING AND RENOVATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That subsection (h) of section 31-53 of the general statutes be 1
amended to increase the prevailing wage threshold for remodeling, 2
refinishing, refurbishing, rehabilitation, alteration or repair of any 3
public works project from one hundred thousand dollars to five 4
hundred thousand dollars. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the prevailing wage threshold for certain public works
projects.
