AN ACT PROHIBITING EMPLOYERS FROM PAYING DISABLED
EMPLOYEES LESS THAN MINIMUM WAGE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 31 of the general statutes be amended to prohibit 1
employers from paying less than the state-prescribed minimum wage 2
to disabled employees. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit employers from paying disabled employees less than the
state-prescribed minimum wage.
