Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow municipalities to set a 1
different mill rate for residential property and commercial property. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To allow municipalities to set a different mill rate for residential
property and commercial property.
