AN ACT CONCERNING FAILING CONCRETE FOUNDATIONS AND
CERTAIN LIVING UNITS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes concerning assistance for homeowners 1
with failing concrete foundations be amended to remove references to 2
living units occupying a single foundation. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To remove references to living units occupying single foundations
from statutes concerning assistance for homeowners with failing
concrete foundations.
