AN ACT TO REORGANIZE THE ZONING ENABLING ACT AND
PROMOTE MUNICIPAL COMPLIANCE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 8-2 of the general statutes be amended to reorganize 1
said section for clarity and provide an administrative mechanism to 2
promote municipal compliance with said section. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To enable zoning commissions and lay people to more easily
understand the requirements of section 8-2 of the general statutes and
provide an administrative mechanism to promote municipal
compliance with said section.
