AN ACT CONCERNING THE CAPACITY, MANAGEMENT,
OPERATIONS, AND MAINTENANCE PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a moratorium for 1
municipalities concerning the requirements of the Environmental 2
Protection Agency's Capacity, Management, Operations and 3
Maintenance program. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a moratorium for municipalities concerning the
requirements of the Environmental Protection Agency's Capacity,
Management, Operations and Maintenance program.
