AN ACT CONCERNING ASSESSMENT RATES FOR APARTMENT
AND RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 12-62r of the general statutes be amended to reduce the 1
maximum assessment rate that may be charged to apartment and 2
residential properties from seventy per cent to sixty per cent. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce the maximum assessment rate that may be charged to
apartment and residential properties from seventy per cent to sixty per
cent.
