Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to address sewer assessment 1
charges that occur when a property is not connected to a sewer. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To address sewer assessment charges that occur when a property is not
connected to a sewer.
