AN ACT CONCERNING OLYMPIC PISTOLS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 53-202b of the general statutes be amended to require 1
the Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection to adopt 2
regulations allowing a person who possesses a semiautomatic pistol 3
designated by the department as authorized for Olympic events to use 4
the pistol at firing ranges for practice. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Department of Emergency Services and Public
Protection to adopt regulations allowing the use of a semiautomatic
pistol designated by the department as authorized for Olympic events
at firing ranges for practice.
