AN ACT INCREASING FUNDING FOR STAFF TO CONDUCT SCHOOL
SECURITY EVALUATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That sufficient funds be appropriated to the Department of 1
Emergency Services and Public Protection, from the General Fund, for 2
the fiscal year ending June 30, 2020, to increase staffing in order to 3
complete all necessary school security evaluations. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To increase staffing levels at the Department of Emergency Services
and Public Protection to a level sufficient to complete all necessary
school security evaluations.
