AN ACT ALLOWING FOR THE PURCHASE OF RETIREMENT CREDIT
IN THE TEACHERS' RETIREMENT SYSTEM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to permit members of the 1
teachers' retirement system to purchase retirement credit for service in 2
the United States Public Health Service. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To allow for the purchase of retirement credit for certain teachers.
