AN ACT CONCERNING THE DEMOGRAPHICS OF MAGNET
SCHOOLS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 10-264l of the general statutes be amended to ensure 1
that local and regional boards of education are not penalized for falling 2
short of demographic requirements for interdistrict magnet school 3
programs. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure that local and regional boards of education are not penalized
for falling short of demographic requirements for interdistrict magnet
school programs.
