AN ACT CONCERNING STUDENT SUCCESS PLANS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That subsection (j) of section 10-221a of the general statutes be 1
amended to require that the student success plan for a student be 2
shared with the parents or guardians of such student at each parent-3
teacher conference. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To require that the student success plan for a student be shared with
such student's parents or guardians at each parent-teacher conference.
