AN ACT CONCERNING MENTAL HEALTH CURRICULUMS OF
SCHOOL DISTRICTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 170 of the general statutes be amended to allow a local 1
or regional board of education to adopt a new or update an existing 2
mental health curriculum for the school district. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To allow school districts to adopt or update mental health curriculums.
