AN ACT EXTENDING THE TIME FOR A SCHOOL DISTRICT TO USE
STATE AID.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow a school district to 1
use state aid distributed to the town for educational purposes over a 2
two-year period. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To allow a school district to use state aid distributed to the town for
educational purposes over a two-year period.
