AN ACT CONCERNING IMPROVEMENTS TO THE NEW CANAAN
BRANCH LINE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 233 of public act 15-1 of the June special session be 1
amended to dedicate a portion of the proceeds of the special tax 2
obligation bonds described in section 232 of public act 15-1 of the June 3
special session for improvements to the New Canaan Branch line. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To dedicate a portion of the proceeds of the special tax obligation
bonds for Let's Go CT! transportation projects for improvements to the
New Canaan Branch line.
