AN ACT PROMOTING ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR PRICE FAIRNESS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to: (1) Promote fairness in the 1
retail pricing of alcoholic liquor, (2) eliminate any limit for sales by 2
breweries for off premises consumption, (3) allow package stores, 3
cafes, taverns and restaurants to fill growlers, and (4) eliminate the 4
current minimum pricing system for alcoholic liquor. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To promote fairness in the retail pricing of alcoholic liquor.
