AN ACT INCREASING BREWERY SALES LIMITS FOR OFF -PREMISE
CONSUMPTION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to increase the sales limit for 1
breweries for off-premises consumption to nine gallons. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the sales limit for breweries for off-premises consumption
to nine gallons.
